Payment Setup
If you experience any issues with adding your Payout Methods or completing your Tax Forms, please reach out to your account manager for assistance. All forms must be completed in order for you to receive your payment.
Payment Details Page
How to access the Payment Details page
1. Sign in to the AdGem platform
2. In the left navigation pane, select Payment > Payment Details
Address Information
How to view, edit, or add address information
1. Click on the "Payment" Tab
2. To edit your existing information, click the edit bottom - located at the bottom right of the form.
2a. If you have never submitted any address information, you are presented with a blank address form
3. Complete the form

How to view, edit, or add payment method information ** You will not be able to access the Payment Method tab until you've completed the Address form
1. To edit your existing information, click the edit bottom - located at the bottom right of the form.

Tax Forms
How to view, edit, or add tax forms ** You will not be able to access the Tax Form tab until you've completed the Address and Payment Method forms
1. To view your existing information or to submit a new tax form, click the corresponding hyperlink
2. Select your Tax Form
3. Complete the form
3a. You can not edited an existing tax form, you will have to submit a new form.
